• Crushed almonds or almond flour
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mushrooms
  • Olive tapenade
  • Mixed greens
  1. Start by heating your oven to 375° and sauté your mushrooms. If you would like, add garlic or salt & pepper to your mushrooms.
  2. While the mushrooms are cooking, take one single egg and 3 cups of almond flour and place in mixing bowl. Add 1 cup of parmesan and use your hands to mix. This begins your crust. Once mixed, let it sit for a moment.
  3. Check your mushrooms. Then take your almond “flour” ball and place on a cooking sheet with parchment paper. Place gluten-free baking powder on top of parchment paper and spread your dough into whatever shape. Just make sure it is as thin as possible!
  4. Now place your crust in the oven. Don’t burn the crust! Check every 5-7 minutes. Almonds cook fast.
  5. Your mushrooms should now be nice and brown. Place them in your food processor and chop them. Now check your pizza crust! It will probably need a few more minutes. Wait till the edges are slightly brown. Leave the oven on to cook the ingredients!
  6. Start making your pie! First, add the tomato sauce. Next, add your mushrooms and olive tapenade. Sprinkle some parmesan on top and place it back in the oven for 5 minutes tops. Now, serve it up!

** Remember, add whatever toppings you like! **
