Serves 8

  • 2 lbs. steam-in-bag green beans
  • 1 10.5 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 ¼ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 oz. crunchy Cheetos
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8” cast-iron skillet or casserole dish with cooking spray.
  3. Steam the greens in the microwave, until tender, according to package instructions.
  4. Allow the green beans to cool long enough to handle, about 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the green beans in thirds.
  6. Place the green beans in a large bowl.
  7. Add the soup, cheese and salt to the beans and mix well to combine.
  8. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
  9. Cook until the cheese is melted, about 12-15 minutes.
  10. Top with the Cheetos and serve immediately.
