  1. Add ¼ TSP olive oil and chopped onions to the pot.
  2. Place the pot on the stove at medium heat. Let them cook for 5 minutes. Don’t let them burn! If you do, the soup is ruined.
  3. Now add ½ a head of shredded cabbage and two chopped carrots. Then pour in a 1 ¼ cup of chicken stock.
  4. Add a 1 TBSP of celery salt and garlic powder. Then add 2 ½ handfuls of kale. You can add black pepper here for taste if you like! Stir all the ingredients together.
  5. Add 2 ¼ cups of water and place on stove at medium heat. Place the lid on the pot and leave it alone for 30 minutes. Then enjoy!
