Kimberley offers person-to-person coaching in the privacy of your own home both in-person and via Skype. She’ll work with you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, create a plan to work towards your goals, and provide you with the tools you need to get there. With her guidance, you’ll be able to overcome your obstacles, learn how to change problem behaviors, and follow a self-care plan tailored to your own individual needs. And if you need a little extra motivation to stick to that diet or exercise plan, she provides daily email and text support.

Coaching sessions typically last 50 minutes and can be booked up to five times a week, based on your needs.
