• 2 portabella mushrooms
  • Feta or blue cheese crumbles
  • Ham or turkey slices
  • Your choice of green (mine is spinach!)
  1. If your portabella mushroom is soft, steam it before start. If you prefer your mushroom crunchy, move on to step two.
  2. Put a few dashes of cheese inside the mushroom cap.
  3. Add your choice of green on top of the cheese.
  4. Tear your meat slices and stack on top of your choice of green.
  5. Sprinkle more cheese on top.
  6. Place on cooking sheet. Set the oven to 350°. Put caps in the oven for 5-6 minutes. Enjoy!
