  • Lemon

  • Olive Oil
  • Salt (optional)
  1. Chop five or six mint leaves.
  2. Peel and chop ¼ of an onion.
  3. Chop one tomato.
  4. Chop your lemons into fourths, but set them aside.
  5. Add all the chopped ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze in the lemon. Add salt if you like and continue mixing. Voila! Enjoy.
